Deborah Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Manna From Heaven Incorporated. She oversees major decisions, coordinates fundraising, and organizes events that keep the mission alive. Her work is guided by the belief that “In God We Trust” and a strong desire to lift up those often left behind.
Originally a first-generation immigrant, she was struck by the level of homelessness in the U.S. After volunteering with Market Place Mission in Smyrna, GA, she stepped up when the church closed—continuing the work using her own time, money, and kitchen. Since 1994, her family has been cooking and serving over 125 hot meals every week to the homeless.
Thanks to her leadership, the organization has grown far beyond meals. Today, it includes a network of donors, volunteers, and community partners. The team goes where others don’t—into bus stops and side streets—offering food, clothing, blankets, prayer, and compassion to those who need it most.
Whether you want to give, serve, or simply learn more, we’re here for you. Use the form below to reach our team directly. Every message helps move our mission forward.
